From the highway linking Mannheim/Heidelberg - Kassel (A5): Exit Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe; from the A3 coming from Würzburg, join the A661 toward Bad Homburg at Offenbacher Kreuz: Exit Bad Homburg Stadtmitte; from the A3 coming from Cologne, join the A5 toward Kassel at Frankfurter Kreuz, then the A661 toward Bad Homburg at Bad Homburger Kreuz: Exit Bad Homburg Stadtmitte

 

 
By bike
Bicycles can be parked on the designated parking spaces on Brunnenallee. 

Cars - free parking with shuttle bus connection
If you are arriving by car, please use our free parking signs in the Mitte industrial area. From there you will be taken to the Steigenberger Hotel exit with a shuttle service and the Thai Festival can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. The shuttle bus takes you every 15 minutes from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. to the Thai Festival or the free parking spaces. 

Please note the changed traffic routing:
There are no parking spaces around the spa gardens! The Kur Roya Aktiv / Bad Homburger Tennis Club car park and casino car park are closed to the public and can only be accessed with authorization cards.

Free parking

  • Coming from Friedrichsdorf Festplatz / Heuchelbach car park or in the industrial area "Gewerbegebiet-Mitte".
  • Approach via Autobahn 661, Ober-Erlenbach, Ober-Eschbach and Oberursel to the industrial area "Mitte" on the L3003.
  • Coming from Usingen / Wehrheim via the L3003 to the industrial area "Gewerbegebiet-Mitte" 

Please follow the traffic control system and the signs.

Motorhomes can park at the Heuchelbach car park.

Paid parking

  • Castle garage, over Ritter-von-Marx bridge, 6 a.m. - 1.30 a.m.
  •  Kurhaus garage, via Schwedenpfad or Ludwigstraße, 6 a.m. to 1.30 a.m.
  • Karstadt car park, over beautiful view, 6 a.m. - 10 p.m., with night exit
  • Rathausgarage, entrance via Louisenstraße, 6 a.m. to 1 a.m.

Bus & train
If you arrive by train, you can continue your way to the Thai Festival directly from Bad Homburg station with bus lines 1, 2, 4, 6 and 12. Get off at the “Rathaus” stop and you will be in the Kurpark in just a few minutes.

Information at www.rmv.de. Alternatively, you can walk to the Thai Festival in 10 minutes from the train station.

No parking spaces for motorhome parking spaces in the city area! Information for camping and mobile home camps can be obtained from the Taunus Touristik Service www.taunus.info .
